FRUIT GARDEN LLC is a company founded and operated from the city of Houston, Texas United States, with offices established in Quito Ecuador South America, whose activity focuses on wholesale export products generated, produced, or manufactured in ECUADOR
and the Andean Zone (Ecuador, Colombia, Perú and Bolivia) towards the state of TEXAS in the United States of America.
OPERATION
Our operation is based on 5 phases:
PHASE 1 .- SELECTION OF PRODUCERS.- (Offices FG Quito, Ecuador). Fruit Garden LLC contacts, verifies and certifies selected producers who meet demanding parameters that allow us to guarantee the quality of our products, the production capacity for volume
compliance, compliance with standards, certifications and permits required to export to the State of Texas USA.
PHASE 2.- ESTABLISHMENT OF FORMAL AGREEMENTS.- (FG Quito Offices, Ecuador). Fruit Garden LLC establishes formal agreements with previously certified suppliers. Legalized and apostilled agreements that guarantee seriousness for the promotion and marketing
stages.
PHASE 3.- PROMOTION AND MARKETING OF PRODUCTS.- (Headquarters FG Houston Texas USA). Fruit Garden LLC promotes with wholesale companies, restaurant chains, hotel chains and retailers the products developed by the previously selected and certified suppliers
with whom FG has formally established agreements. We prioritize establishing formal long-term agreements. In this phase, we maintain total openness to modify presentations of our products and adapt them to the particular needs of each
Customer.
PHASE 4.- EXECUTION OF THE TRANSACTION. - (Headquarters FG Houston Texas USA). Fruit Garden LLC, negotiates the best e-commerce terms that the product, producer and especially the Customer require, and signs trade contracts GUARANTEEING total compliance.
PHASE 5.- EXECUTION OF LOGISTICS. - (FG Houston Texas USA headquarters with FG Quito Offices, Ecuador). Fruit Garden LLC, according to the terms specified in the contract, coordinates and supervises the dispatch of product, internal transport and export
of the product at origin; as well as, coordinates and supervises the import, internal transport, storage and dispatch of products at destination in the State of Texas, USA.
